How we more than doubled our revenue in one month

so we just had our best month ever for our wedding speech generator tool.

And to clue you in on the secret we did this by…

Doing nothing differently than before 🫣

Shocker, I know.

The real “secret” is that all the work we’ve done for SEO just started to really kick in 👇

We did run some search ads, to see if there is an angle here we don’t cover on organic content yet.

I found 3-4 KWs that deserve some pages, conversion wise it wasn’t worth it.

We just sold 2 speeches ($70) via ads and spent 300.

So in the end it’s a classic case of: pay the work forward, don’t keep score.

But that’s not all…

We also have this other tool, which is basically just a copy pasta with a different prompt and color scheme.

It just had its first month and did pretty well.

So far, we’ve just applied all the learnings we made with the wedding speech tool like:

• Break down all personas as landing pages

• Publish content for (how-to write speech, speech examples)

• Publish examples of speeches to Pinterest

• Run some ads to get a sense for Keywords to cover organically and get demographics insights

Now it’s all about scaling this, but we were able to validate that there is a market and people are willing to pay.

In under 30 days.
